Just a moment

London life, a dash of tango and a spoon full of sounds

Bread, Ukulele, Volcada.

Three things I want to learn this year:

  1. Bread. I am decent cook, probably, but I don't know how to make bread. As a frenchman that almost makes it impossible for me to go back to my homeland ;)
  2. Ukulele. I need to put back some musical fun and the uke seems the way to go. And it's small and cheap.
  3. Volcada. It is in my opinion one of the most elegant and delicate word that one can dance in Tango.

Very admirable. Apart from practice, which they all require, bread needs love, perseverance & patience for the ukele, and trust and grace for a volcada. It reminds me of the tango! Happy New Year. Carole

Bonne Annee Carole! I definitely need some practice with all the virtues you listed above ;)
All the very best for 2009 and let's catch up soon at the milonga...
